Founder
Fajar founded Akasia Capital in 2016 with a vision to build an investment holding company that offers more than capital—it offers a comprehensive 'Strategic Bridge' built on technical rigor. His professional foundation is rooted in a 13-year tenure at the Directorate General of Taxes, where he managed complex matters including tax dispute resolution, international taxation, and litigation. This deep institutional knowledge allows Fajar to identify and mitigate fiscal risks that often impede micro-cap and mid-market growth in Indonesia.
Fajar holds a Taxation Diploma from the State College of Accounting (STAN), a Bachelor's in Accountancy from Padjadjaran University, and a Master in Business Law from the University of Indonesia. He is a licensed tax consultant and attorney, maintaining active memberships in professional associations like the Indonesia Tax Consultant Association (IKPI).
By combining his background in finance and taxation, Fajar ensures Akasia Capital provides holistic guidance for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic funding.

With two decades of experience across banking, multi-finance, and digital lending, she has held pivotal roles such as CEO of a major digital lending platform, where she successfully implemented AI-powered systems for credit assessment and anti-fraud security. Her contributions have been recognized with the 'Inspirational Woman CEO' award from Fintech Media and the Top Startup P2P Lending award in 2019.
In addition to her role at Akasia Capital, Asri has founded Cashwagon, a Fintech P2P company, co-founded innovative ventures like ArkoPay, a ConTech/Fintech startup dedicated to revolutionizing B2B financing for the construction industry. A graduate of Perbanas, she holds a BSMR (Risk Management Certified) CFA, as well as specialized risk training in Taiwan.
