As the Founder of Akasia Capital, Fajar envisions building a company that not only provides financial solutions but also adds value through a comprehensive understanding of the tax implications in every business transaction. He actively leads the company's strategic direction and ensures the integration of tax considerations into every service offered. Fajar's background as a tax consultant provides an additional perspective in evaluating potential investments as an investor as well. His understanding of the tax implications of various business decisions helps in identifying risks and opportunities that other investors might overlook. During his tax consulting experience, he has represented many clients from industries, including oil and gas, construction, mining, shipping, plantations, financial services and automotive industries. Fajar holds a Taxation Diploma from State College of Accounting (STAN) and graduated from Padjadjaran University, Bandung majoring in Accountancy. He received his Master in Business Law from Indonesia University Jakarta in 2011. After establishing Akasia Capital in 2016, Fajar combines his financial and tax expertise to provide holistic advice to companies seeking funding, involved in mergers or acquisitions, or requiring investment guidance. His ability to identify and mitigate tax risks is a significant added value in every consultation. With Fajar Budiman's unique background in finance and taxation, Akasia Capital is able to offer more comprehensive and integrated solutions to its clients, helping them achieve their business goals with a deep understanding of both financial and tax aspects.

Asri, Having 20 years of experience in the financial services sector such as the banking, multi-finance, lending and fintech industries. She specializes in risk management, credit risk, anti-fraud and business process improvement. Asri has held important positions such as Chief Executive Officer and has won the Top Startup P2P Lending category award held by the 2019 Top Digital Awards. Awarded the title "Inspirational Woman CEO" by Fintech Media magazine for her contribution to the financial sector of the technology industry. This woman who graduated from the Indonesian economic institution Perbanas has expertise in the fields of Lending Process, Credit Scoring Models, Product Development & Analysis, capacity Planning & Analysis, Operational Planning & Analysis. She holds BSMR (Risk Management Certified) level 1 completed in 2010, Credit Scoring Models at Taiwan, Overseas Risk Training Course at Taiwan and CFA level 1.

With over 16 years of extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, Hary Permana has built a solid reputation as a leading expert in tax consulting and management. His professional journey began after obtaining his diploma in Taxation from Padjadjaran University and his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Indonesia in 2009. Hary's career advanced rapidly as he held key positions in various multinational companies, including China National Petroleum, Petrochina Indonesia, and PetroAP HK Ltd. His strong leadership skills and deep understanding of tax regulations allowed him to guide and oversee complex tax strategies, particularly in the energy sector. Before joining Akasia Capital as a Partner, Hary built his investment arm, Alfaza and Wegrow firms which were the journey into capital and investment environment. Hary maintains his good relationship with several fund sources and potential local & cross border investors particularly from China, Singapore, and Middle East. He also succeeded some fundraising projects for his clients.
